How contact routing works

When you choose a WhatsApp contact link, LIVARYN uses a first-party routing cookie to reconnect this browser with the same available representative. The cookie contains an opaque, signed identifier and does not contain a WhatsApp number.

If that cookie is unavailable, the server may use a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for short-lived routing continuity. Raw IP addresses are not stored for this purpose. The cookie takes priority, which helps avoid conflicts on shared or changing networks.

Routing records are used only to distribute enquiries, preserve representative continuity, and maintain basic aggregate click activity. If a representative becomes unavailable, your next enquiry may be safely reassigned.
